This kit has been designed for simplicity and ease of putting together. If you want to control the pressure retained in a pressure vessel that is releasing pressure then the BlowTie Diaphram Spunding Valve is the tool for the job. The adjustment knob on the top of the unit makes it easy to increase and decrease the set pressure. This BlowTie unit can be easily dissassembled for cleaning using a phillips head screw driver. Designed to suit 8mm (5/16") Evabarrier Tubing.  It's compatible with both the 4mm ID Tubing here or 5mm ID here. Specifications:1. It is robust, very accurate and has a long battery life (the battery lasts for several years if it is only read once a day). Actuator Regulator in a robust and functional design for Sodastream cylinder and Co2 Cartridges w/thread. The Co2 flow is first activated when the piston at the top is screwed down into the pawl of the Co2 cylinder or penetrates the cartridge, ensuring that no Co2 is lost or escapes before the Co2 cylinder or cartridge is fully in place.Remove the bottom peace when mounting the regulator on a Sodastream cylinder. The design of the regulator allows for the cylinder to hang on the side of a Cornelius keg.- 2 outputs, one at a 45° angle, which fits a normal plastic ball lock and one at a 90° angle for stainless steel ball locks.- Coupling with thread that fits ball locks- 6.5mm (1/4") Duotight compatible hose barb- The manometer is well protected by a metal housing. The manometer can be interchangeable with other scales.- 65 psi/4.5 bar pressure relief valve which can be interchangeable with other pressure relief valves. Please note this is not compatible with 2 or 6 kg Co2 cylinders.WARNING:Do not overtighten the regulator onto your Co2 cylinder. It is recommended to use a spanner to hold the Sodastream cylinder while attaching and detaching the regulator.

The MK4 Dual Gauge gas regulator (Type 30 for CO2 / Post Mix Gas) is the only regulator you'll ever need to buy. With a large body and precision diaphragm, this regulator provides high flow rates and very accurate adjustments in both kPa, Bar and PSI.The outlet has 1/4" MFL threads, and it comes with a DuoTight (pushfit) converter to 8mm hose.NOTE: This regulator is sold with the Green 65PSI (4.5 BAR) pressure relief valve.

Instructions:Use the yellow adjustment knob to control the pressure coming out of the pressure vessel.  Clockwise is higher pressure and anticlockwise is lower pressure.We would recommend gassing a keg to a known pressure e.g. 15psi then attach your Blow Tie Kit to the keg and adjust to 10psi. Pressure TransfersWhen transferring from keg to keg, keg to bottle, or fermenter to keg it's often a good idea to have head pressure in the keg you are filling into especially if you are transferring a beverage that is carbonated. For this reason the BlowTie can consistently control this head pressure giving you more consistent results and without losing carbonation in the process. Traditional spunding valves that use a simple spring against a seal are flawed right from the beginning as the physical aspects of the design dictate that you will have a significant difference between the opening pressure and closing pressure during operation.  Brewers have tolerated this imperfection for long enough and now you can control these pressures far more accurately.The BlowTie has been made completely differently taking advantage of a diaphragm to actuate the sealing mechanism that will release pressure from the pressure vessel with much more accurate control pressure.

Trapets Adaptor. Tired of losing gas every time you connect or disconnect your sodastream cylinder to your normal sodastream cylinder adaptor. This new design is what you need. Unlike our cheaper sodastream cylinder adaptors, this adapter has the added advantage that you can use the side thumb screw to depress the pin in the middle of the adaptor.  This pin adjustment makes the sodastream cylinder adaptor significantly easier to use. Normal sodastream adaptors require an alan key to adjust the pin height and depending on how worn out your seal is you may need to adjust this pin periodically.  Also conventional cheaper sodastream adaptors also tend to leak gas every time you connect and disconnect them from your regulator or the adaptor itself.  This is also a pain.  This new sodastream adaptor design is significant better designed with the handy thumb screw on the side of the unit allowing you to eliminate cumbersome adjustment and it also gives you the ability to turn off and on the gas flow. This adaptor is used if you have a SodaStream Cylinder and wish to use a conventional Type 30 Regulator with it, perhaps for bbq or picnic and you don't want to carry your 6kg or 2.6kg Gas Cylinder this is the adaptor that will enable you to make a handy portable system. Ideal for the low volume user or someone who hasn't bit the bullet in a big cylinder. *does not include regulator or gas canister
