Kegland Duotight Flow Stopper - Automatic Keg Filler
The Duotight Flow Stopper - Automatic Keg Filler (KL09393) is an fantastic device designed to streamline the keg filling process for homebrewers. This product, offers a hassle-free method of filling kegs, or transferring between kegs during filtering or after fining. It is particularly useful because it attaches to the gas post of your keg and automatically cuts off the flow once the keg is full, thus preventing overfilling and spillage of beer. Some of its key features include compatibility with Duotight fittings, ensuring a secure and leak-free connection, and the ability to work with a BlowTie spunding valve. When used with the BlowTie, it allows you to apply head pressure to the keg, enabling control over the flow speed and reducing foam during the filling process.For this setup, a short length of 8 mm OD EVABarrier tubing is required to connect the BlowTie to the outlet of the Flow Stopper. Kegland Oxygen Flow Meter 8mm Duotight
Kegland Oxygen Flow Meter with 8mm Duotight. Pure oxygen is the best way to get your yeast off to a cracking start. Simply use this high pressure and high capacity disposable tank to boost dissolved oxygen levels in your cooled wort.Oxygen is great for use with high gravity beers or pilsners where you are trying to build up a large population of yeast.We would recommend the use of a diffusion stone. These small diffusion stones create very fine bubbles of oxygen in your wort and help the oxygen to dissolve into solution faster. If you want a really nice optoin we would recommend the use of this oxygenation wand and this is a bit more erganomic as you have a rigid stainless tube to force the stone to the bottom of the fermenter rater than it floating to the surface.This flow control device is designed to be used with our oxygen cylinder and regulator that can be purchased separately.InstructionsAttach the regulator to to the top of your disposable cylinder. Turn pressure up to 1-10psi. Immerse diffusion stone in wort for 1-2 minutes. Then dial the flow meter up to 1.0L/min. The time it takes to saturate will depend on volume, temperature, depth of vessel, and type of stone (0.5mm recommended)NOTE: Wort must be cold. It is extremely difficult to get oxygen to dissolve into hot wort so it's essential to cool wort completely before starting this process.

Kegmenter Pressure Kit
This pressure kit is so you can convert the 29 and 58L Kegmenters into either pressure rated fermenters or use the Kegmenters as ball lock kegs. This lid comes with a red pressure relief valve (that opens at 2.5bar - compatible thread to cornelius type PRVs). The lid has accurately machined gas and liquid posts.This lid is ideally suited to also fermenting under pressure so you can use a spunding valve/adjustable pressure relief valve so you can naturally carbonate during primary fermentation.It should be noted that we now make this lid with a 60cm silicon dip tube with a stainless fload. This innovative design means when you draw liquid from this kegmenter the liquid will always be drawn from the top 2.5cm of liquid meaning only the clearest wort/beer will be drawn from the kegmenter. This is particulrly useful if you are dispending directly from the fermenter or simply want to separate clear liquid from sediment which has sunken to the bottom of the kegmenter.

The Home Brewery Rinse Hose Kit for cornelius kegs
This Hose Kit that makes it very easy to rinse kegs with water. Its also perfect if you want to fill a keg with water for making sparkling water. Fits ball lock cornelius kegs, and other kegs with ball lock disconnects. The threaded ball lock disconnects fits both gas and liquid (beer) ball lock posts. Here's how you can clean Cornelius kegs:1. Release the excess pressure in the keg and open the lid. Empty if there is any left.2. Connect the gardena coupling to a water tap and the ball-lock disconnect to the keg.3. Place the keg upside down in the sink and start the hot water. Leave to rinse for a few minutes.4. Set the barrel up and fill up with hot water and add e.g. PBW.5. Replace the lid and flush some detergent through both gas and liquid posts and the safety valve. Leave for about 15 minutes.6. Release the excess pressure and open the lid. Empty the cleaning agent (or transfer to the next keg if you are cleaning several at the same time).7. Connect the gardena coupling to a water tap and the disconnect to the keg.8. Place the keg upside down in the sink and start the hot water. Leave to rinse for a few minutes.9. Sanitize the keg with e.g. Star San just before filling the next batch. Tip: Buy a threaded PET adapter and you can also easily rinse your beer lines too.

Here are some possibilities:Fermenting Under Pressure:First one of the most intriguing uses is to ferment under pressure which reduces ester production and fusel alcohol production. That means that you can ferment warmer than you normally would, even making lagers at room temperature. Most commercial beer is fermented under pressure just due to the size of commercial tanks and the pressure that is created by the column of beer. It is one of the differences between commercial brewing and homebrewing. The lid has a built in relief valve that will blow at 35psi and we strongly recommend you also purchase an adjustable pressure relief valve, or blow tie kit, that allows you to set a lower pressure. It is also always a good idea to have two relief valves on the FermZilla anytime the unit is under pressure. Carbonating, Pushing, and Serving:When you are fermenting under pressure the beer is already carbonated when you are done fermenting.
