Digital thermometer from Better Brew with a stainless steel probe attached via a 1 meter wire to the LED digital reader which has a range of -50C-200C, and is accurate to within 1C. The thermometer can a be set to Fahrenheit or centigrade readings. The temperature reader has a large easy to read LCD screen. Ideal for user all your brewing situations, mash, boil or fermentation.
